I go on light “Christmas eating” after my last gig of the year…
before building up to a hardcore and excessive amount of festive gorging.
It’s also a metaphor for our lives.
There always comes a time when enough is enough…
Otherwise enough is never enough.
Which doubles back to create discontent, discombobulation and unhappiness.
Take control of your desires, your thinking, and you’ll take control of your life.
Why wait?
Some will be waiting for a Monday before “committing” to make changes.
That’s a good example of allowing external influence to influence you.
You do know you can stop, start anything you want today, tomorrow.
It was a story many tell themselves, so they can keep on enoughing…
I’m 95kg today.
2.4kg up since December 1st.
My first gig back is Jan 6th, I’ll be heading back on weight by then.
Enough is enough.
Because at some point that none-problem turns into a big problem.
I had an ace December.
This post isn’t about your weight, it’s about your wait.
Waiting for perfect conditions, to start or change something.
Perfect conditions rarely exist.
You’ll be waiting a long long time.
Every day is a new opportunity to set new resolutions and take the steps towards change.
We all have the power to shape our own body, mental state and lives.
And to create the change I want for the new year.
Requires me to start taking action not on 1st Jan, but today.
Enough is enough.
Oh yea. Soz. Magic weight loss buttons don’t exist, eating less, moving more does. That is the ONLY way you gonna lose the weight you wanted to at start of this post.
