Health is so important.
I had it twisted for so long. Health was my lowest priority. And it cost me.
Something we should
also agree on is nutrition is an important part of health.
Agreeing on it, is one
thing. Doing something about it is another.
Change isn't easy. Start today.
Make a positive change. Health wise. And stick with it.
Nothing so lofty that you don't
follow through.
Eat less pink wafers. Choose to walk more. Drink
less beer. Smoke less fags. Join the gym. Use the membership. Drink more
water. Eat more vegetables.
- Commit to a couple of small changes. So you are accountable
- Add a 9am DAILY <for a week> phone calendar reminder of this small
change
My priorities NOW 1) Health. 2)
Family. 3) Business.
